New Interview with Craig Ballantyne

In the realm of fat loss, many trainers still believe in the ancient methods of 30 minutes of steady state cardio--either on the treadmill or lifecycle. Some people are catching on to the methods of interval training for fat loss. You know, using really high maximum intensity and then alternating with a low to moderate volume. Fat loss doesn't have to be as complicated as we make it. If you read my new interview with Craig Ballantyne--the creator of "Turbulence Training"--you'll discover that most fat burning has alot more to do with what you put into your body, rather than what you put out with it.

If you still want to believe that steady state cardio is the trick to fat loss, I recommend you read my article on 5 mistakes people make in terms of cardio training. I guarantee those that believe that ancient adage commit 3 out of the 5.
