Shatterproof Spine DVD Preview

Its been almost 2 years since my last workshop DVD. That doesn't mean I haven't been conducting my CT-based workshops--I have---but this is the first time in a long time that I have put one together in video format to share with the many exercisers and trainers that contact me daily.

  1. I am always looking for new ways to help people with their back pain. Do you have any more suggestions. I am a trainer who does a lot if not only functional training so I am always incorporating the core but am feeling idle with my exercises. Any tips?

  2. Lindsey,
    Focus on stabilizing the lumbar spine and mobilizing the thorasic. Focus on strengthening the glutes and lengthening the hamstrings. You will have to target your client (is he athlete, desk worker, senior, etc) and what environment predisposes him to back pain. Example exercises are all depicted in my DVD.
