Trainer Professionalism Tip #1

Here is a tip to alot of the trainers out there that warrant respect and admiration: be professional!

Tip #1: If you are going to post videos on YouTube or any other video social sharing site, take the time to refine the video clip and conduct yourself in a professional matter. What does that exactly mean?

A. Lose the gum

B. Hold the camera steady.

C. Don't act like a fool.

D. Don't use profanity.

E. Make sure your exercise or thought is carefully executed.

F. Don't ramble on and on. Be clear and concise in your thoughts. If you are lonely, find a friend.

G. Proof your final piece before publishing.

I. Take your time.

The last one is important. Its seems there are millions of fitness videos on the web and I would say over half seemed rushed, or put together hap-hazardly. In order to put out a quality representation of your work, take the time to make sure that everything is in order and that you feel confident that it represents you accurately. There seems to be this feeling of hastiness to make millions, when most of the success is made during the process of refining your skills. You can learn more about professionalism in personal trainers here.
