Sleeve Busting Arms...NOT!

Why is it that the guys with the smallest arms always are the ones in the gym that roll up their sleeves?

They perform endless curls:

Barbell Curls

Preacher Curls

Concentration Curls

Double Bicep Cable Curls

Hammer Curls

...and lastly, Wrist Curls

Yet, there arms are still small. And yet...for whatever muscle they "did" build, they feel the need to showcase their 13.5" arms to the rest of the gym? All their curls and tribal band tattoos have not done jack for their arm development.

Wanna know why?

These are the same guys that do not perform chins, pull-ups, dips, deadlifts, or inverted rows, or overhead presses. Think these exercises don't hit the arms? Think again...
